Leslie Herman

After serving on two successful church planting teams in Colombia for 20 years, Leslie will now serve at Christ Church in Montevideo, Uruguay, in church growth, prayer, and leadership training. She is excited about joining the OMS team to break into Uruguayan culture with the Gospel.
Leslie has been a missionary with OMS since December 1985, and she began serving in Colombia in January 1987. She has a bachelor of arts degree in Bible from Wheaton College and a master of divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Her favorite ministries include teaching and friendship evangelism. She taught New Testament in the Biblical Seminary of Colombia for three years.
