Assist the Director of World Intercessor and work with the communications team of World Intercessors by managing social media, handling urgent prayer needs when director is out, working in prayer mentoring, leading prayer chapels, and traveling with director of World Intercessors when invited.

- Assist Director of World Intercessors / be available for calls with Director as needed
- Actively participate on the Communications team within World Intercessors
- Update incoming prayer requests for the World Intercessors team weekly
- Work with our graphic designer on updating prayer needs for our webpage
- Manage Social Media for World Intercessors
- Go through intercessory mentoring with Director of World Intercessors / become trained in mentoring others in intercession
- Lead 3-4 OMS prayer chapels a year
- Travel on prayer teams when needed
- Receive training and be able to lead one global prayer team a year
- Maintain prayer communications as needed by Director
- Participate in bi-monthly World Intercessor Meetings and special prayer events
- Participate in monthly prayer chapels at OMS
- Participate in World Intercessors retreats
- College education with clear communication skills and awareness of cultural differences
- Strong Relationship with Jesus Christ
- Understanding of and a call to intercession.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Listens and comprehends well
- Above average computer skills
- Organized and has good time management
- Awareness/appreciation for cultural differences
- Available for travel with Director of World Intercessors
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality
- Demonstrated success in managing social media in a respectful and creative way
- This is a full-time, remote position. However, you must be within short driving distance of OMS Headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana.
- This is a support-based position that involves raising financial support through ministry partners for salary and other expenses.
