Training for Trainers equips Seed Sower graduate-leaders to facilitate the Seed Sower training wherever God leads them through:
¨ Gaining understanding of Interactive Adult Learning.
¨ Learning basic facilitation skills.
¨ Practicing facilitation with peers.
¨ Receiving coaching on improving their facilitation skills
¨ Receiving additional coaching as the graduates conduct their first Seed Sower Conference.
