Beth Jordal began her career as a missionary with One Mission Society as an application coordinator in the Mobilization Department. In November 2013, Beth transitioned to the Communications Department to serve as the prayer letter coordinator, where she collected, edited, formatted, and prepared OMS missionary prayer letters for mailing from around the world. In addition to this, she worked on other mission-related Communications materials.

In July 2025, Beth begins a new role within OMS as a ministry teams specialist with Men for Missions (MFM), a ministry of One Mission Society. In this new role, she prepares individuals for their participation on a short-term mission team. She helps plan, equip, and send teams to various OMS countries around the world and also follows up with them after they return.

Beth grew up in northern Illinois, but in her teens, she and her siblings moved to Indiana after her father remarried following her mother’s death. She finished her high school career in Illinois but attended and graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

In the summer of 2010, just before leaving on a short-term mission trip to Alaska, Beth submitted a “Getting to Know You” questionnaire through the OMS website. An OMS recruiter set up an appointment to meet upon her return. Having sensed God’s calling, she started and ended her search for a mission organization with One Mission Society.

Since joining OMS, Beth has taken short-term trips to South Korea and Ukraine to participate in English camp ministries, as well as Spain, Haiti, and Colombia. These trips have enhanced her overall understanding of her role in the Great Commission.
