Join the Men for Missions (MFM) ministry by providing vital administrative support to the Global Executive Director, fostering a professional office environment, and ensuring clear, timely communication with team members, cabinet members, and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Executive Director.
- Attend and assist in staff and cabinet meetings.
- Complete monthly expense reports.
- Remain knowledgeable about One Mission Society (OMS), MFM, teams, partners and constituents.
- Express frequent gratitude to donors and volunteers.
- Assist with national and global meetings as requested by the directors.
- Assist with editing and mailing of ACTION magazine as requested.
- Maintain Bylaws, Organizational Structure, Policy & Procedures Manual, and Action Group Manual.
- Plan and prepare special events, celebrations, and milestones.
- Show hospitality to those entering the MFM building.
- Works closely with the MFMG Executive Assistant.
- Additional duties as assigned to assure a smoothly and efficiently running office.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- College degree (Associates degree or higher) preferred.
- Passion for missions and interest in One Mission Society and Men for Missions.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated administrative expertise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to take initiative.
- Clear and effective oral and written communication.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
- Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to learn OMS software interfaces.
This in-person role in Greenwood, Indiana requires raising financial support through ministry partners for salary and related expenses.
