Sara Hill

Sara serves with the Global Training Solutions Group (GTSG), which provides a wide range of training-related services, resources, and relationships for One Mission Society. Sara uses her skill set and administrative experience to assist the GTSG as the Training Solutions administrator.
Sara also serves with the OMS USA Human Resources Department as the training assistant, utilizing her skill set to assist HR with candidate onboarding and pre-deployment training.
Sara graduated from Indiana University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in history and then from Liberty University in 2016 with a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling, focusing on trauma and crisis response.
Sara has been married to her husband, Matthew, since December 2016. They have two ‘fur-babies,’ Georgia and Roux, who love to sit in their windows to soak up the sun. Both Sara and Matt serve on short-term mission trip teams.
In her off time, you can catch Sara at a coffee shop reading, watching a college sporting event, or finding a way to get some sunshine.
