Micheal and Bonnie Shrode
Missionary Account: #801406Mike and Bonnie have reached the age of retirement after 32 years of service with One Mission Society. They served in South and Central America as well as in the Caribbean. The majority of those years were spent in Ecuador, with Mike in administration, church planting and evangelism, and Bonnie in women’s and children’s ministries as well as in office administration. Their four children grew up in Ecuador, and their oldest daughter, Kelly and her husband Darryl continue to serve there through OMS.
Convinced that God still has a place for them in the building of His kingdom, Mike and Bonnie make themselves available to serve through the OMS program known as “Extended Missionary Service.” Their desire is to be used as needed and where needed for as long as God gives them the strength and ability to do so. The call on their lives to “go and make disciples of all nations” did not end at age 65, and they are confident He will open the doors to the ways in which He can best use their gifts and talents to achieve His purpose.
The Shrodes currently make their home in Spearman, Texas.
