Tristin made the commitment to surrender her life to Jesus Christ in middle school. Since then, her heart for ministry has quickly grown. She received a bachelor’s degree in intercultural studies from Olivet Nazarene University in 2020. During her time there, she had the opportunity to go on a short-term mission trip with her choir to Puerto Rico. She also spent four months in Uganda for a study abroad program. Through these trips, her love for the nations increased. In 2021, she went to Central Asia for five months to live among Muslims and share her love of Jesus before returning to get married.

Now, Tristin works remotely as the coordinator in the U.S. for the Embark program. One Mission Society' Embark seeks to help college-aged young adults discern a greater call for missions, she is responsible for sending individuals on 1- to 12-month internships around the world. From helping young adults choose the best opportunity for their skillsets to conducting their final debrief once they return home, she walks with them through the entire process. She is passionate about sending more workers into the harvest field to spread the Gospel to all nations and fulfill the Great Commission.

Tristin and her husband Eli, an officer in the United States Air Force, have been happily married since December of 2021.
