Kasey and Heather Dillman

Kasey serves as a regional director for Men for Missions (MFM) in Indiana. MFM is an OMS ministry that helps laypeople fulfill the Great Commission by calling individuals to do, go, and give whatever God calls them to.

As a regional director for MFM, Kasey connects with churches, individuals, MFM groups, and other Christian organizations to communicate about OMS activities, helps fill upcoming short-term mission teams, and facilitates opportunities for long-term service with OMS.

Along with these duties, Kasey has the honor of leading and serving alongside others on both domestic and international teams, serving the Lord through trips supporting OMS ministries. These trips focus on work projects, evangelism, prayer, English camps, youth programs, and many other service opportunities.

Heather serves as an administrative assistant at the MFM headquarters, helping in all facets of the department. She is excited to help others experience the life-changing impact a mission trip can have.

Kasey was first exposed to international missions on a 2014 trip to Haiti with MFM to work on the Bon Repos project, along with Heather. While serving there, God opened their eyes and hearts to the needs of others, both physically and spiritually. He also showed them the absolute joy that fellow believers exuded despite the harsh conditions surrounding them. It showed them the hope that Jesus brings to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.  

Since then, Kasey's been blessed to join and lead several teams, both internationally and domestically. God has called Kasey to make service work for him and engage others to discover their mission fields at home and abroad in his full-time career.

Kasey and Heather live in Indianapolis. They have five children and a growing number of grandchildren.
