Haylee Caldwell

Haylee will be joining the OMS team in Budapest, Hungary, where she will be the English ministries coordinator. Haylee’s goal is to share the Gospel and God’s love with the students not only through the lessons she designs but also through relationship building with the students. Haylee will coordinate with those on the field who help weekly with English Club to bring engaging and fun lessons to the students. She will also help orchestrate events pertaining to English Club and English Camps.  
 
Haylee has always had a passion for working with students. From a young age, she volunteered with various ministries where she helped with childcare for preschool and elementary-aged children. Haylee received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Regent University in 2020. Upon graduating, Haylee began working at a small Christian school, first teaching preschool and then moving on to teach fourth grade. Haylee has a passion for showing the love of God to her students, their parents, and her coworkers. Haylee completed her master’s of special education in May 2024. 
 
Haylee is eager to start working with the OMS team in Hungary. She spent a portion of her summer in 2023 and 2024 helping with English camps alongside the Hungary team, which is where her heart became open to joining the team full-time.  
 
Haylee enjoys volunteering at her church in the coffee shop ministry, as well as in the young adult ministry. In her free time, Haylee loves spending time with family and friends playing board games, hiking, reading, canoeing, and baking.
