Church Multiplication Facilitator

Do you enjoy equipping others and facilitating learning? Are you passionate about seeing national church planters and pastors grow in depth and seeing the Lord multiply churches throughout the world?

As a Church Multiplication Facilitator with One Mission Society, you’ll come alongside national leaders as a coach, encourager, and ministry partner. You don’t need to have every answer. Instead, you’ll listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and help leaders draw on Scripture, prayer, and the wisdom and resources within their own communities as they discern next steps.

The facilitating approach avoids dictating decisions while diligently guiding the process. CMF's, Associate Church Multiplication Facilitators (ACMF's), and local leaders work together to serve leaders well within the variety of needs, skills, experiences, and contexts found in local ministries.

How You’ll Serve:

Your role will vary depending on the region and local ministry context. For example, in Africa, you may be paired with a Village Church Planting (VCP) Supervisor, an African national leader, and work together to support church multiplication in your assigned country or countries.

You’ll continue living in your home country and travel to your assigned country or countries two to four times per year. During visits, you’ll build relationships, facilitate training, and coach local leaders. Between visits, you’ll support the ministry through prayer, follow-up, regular conversations, and preparation for future trips.

Requirements:

• Ministry or pastoral experience preferred
• A burden for people who have not heard the gospel
• A committed life of prayer
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally two to four times per year
• Ability to equip and encourage others while respecting local leadership
• A coaching posture: listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and helping others discern their next steps
• Willingness to learn from national leaders and the communities they serve
• Ability to maintain regular WhatsApp calls with your assigned VCP Supervisor, where applicable

• Cast vision for church multiplication
• Pray and provide prayer support
• Facilitate training and learning
• Coach leaders through questions, listening, and reflection
• Encourage and strengthen national church planters and pastors
• Support accountability to goals and plans leaders have prayerfully developed
• Help leaders identify and use the gifts and resources within their own communities

This is a support-based position. CMF's raise financial support through ministry partners to cover salary and ministry-related expenses.
