Associate Church Multiplication Facilitator
Get Started
Do you want to help strengthen the spiritual life of church multiplication? Join One Mission Society in coming alongside church planting leaders as they serve their communities and reach their nations for Christ.
As an Associate Church Multiplication Facilitator (ACMF), you’ll support church multiplication through prayer, encouragement, training, and coaching. You don’t need to have every answer. We’re looking for people who listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and help local leaders draw on Scripture, prayer, and the wisdom and resources within their own communities as they discern next steps.
The facilitating approach avoids dictating decisions while diligently guiding the process. ACMF's, Church Multiplication Facilitators (CMF's), and local leaders work together to serve leaders well within the variety of needs, skills, experiences, and contexts found in local ministries.
Opportunities are available in Asia and Africa.
How You’ll Serve:
Your role will vary depending on the region and local ministry context. For example, in Africa, you may be paired with a Village Church Planting (VCP) Supervisor, an African national leader, and work alongside the Church Multiplication Facilitator (CMF) assigned to that country.
This is a part-time role under the CMF’s direction. You’ll continue living in your home country and travel to your assigned country or countries one to two times per year. During visits, you’ll help encourage and equip church planting leaders. Between visits, you’ll support the ministry through prayer, regular conversations, follow-up, and preparation for future trips.
