Healthy Church Leadership

Local leaders lack biblical training in leadership on how to develop and grow healthy churches.
Currently, there are nearly 4,000 local churches with five leaders in each church in South Asia. Recently, OMS sent a team to South Asia to train district superintendents to provide six sessions for developing more than 15,000 local church leaders.
Your donation of $50.00 per lay leader, or $250.00 per church, provides funds to conduct a 1 1/2 day training event with printed materials for the local church leaders.
Having healthy leaders for growing healthy churches will multiply disciples, churches, and leaders to reach this nation that is less than 2% Christian.
