Darren Sweeney, global director for HOPE61, visited Uganda in December 2025 to conduct a HOPE61 training alongside our newest trainer, Randi McIntyre, and team members Jocelyn and Regina. While in Uganda, Darren sat down with Pastor Wilberforce Bwire, one of HOPE61’s international trainers, to talk about what human trafficking prevention looks like in Uganda. In the interview, Wilberforce shares what is involved in hosting a training there, as well as some stories of impact.
