Do you like to provide training and facilitate learning? Do you desire to see national church planters and pastors grow in depth and see the Lord multiply churches throughout the world? Use your gifts to come alongside national pastors and encourage and hold them accountable to the plans and goals the Lord has led them in. Join OMS as a Church Multiplication Facilitator (CMF) in Mexico! CMFs are needed in the Mexican cities of Mexico City, La Piedad, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Ciudad Juárez, the Sierra Norte de Puebla, and Oaxaca.
Requirements
- Ministry/pastoral experience is ideal
- Burden for the lost
- Committed prayer life
- Ability to equip and encourage
Functions of a CMF
- Cast vision
- Encourage
- Pray and provide prayer support
- Train
- Coach
- Assist with Accountability
This is a support-based position that involves raising financial support through ministry partners for salary and other expenses.
