Serve as a School Teacher in our Asia Oceania field!
There, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in accordance with the school’s curriculum and values. Your role will be to foster a positive learning environment, encourage academic excellence, and support the holistic development of students.
This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Details:
Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or relevant subject area required.
- Teaching certification or licensure as required by state or local regulations.
- Experience in classroom teaching and student engagement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficient in lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Instructional Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Discipleship and Spiritual Responsibilities:
- Committed to a daily walk with the Lord, surrendering all aspects of life to the Lordship of Jesus and the authority of the Bible.
- Actively involved and participating in a local evangelical church as well as OMS-led spiritual activities and events including times set aside for prayer, worship, devotions, and retreats.
- Committed to whole-heartedly adhering to and complying with OMS’s Articles of Faith, Policies, and Principles of Operation.
- Strives to lead a life worthy of the gospel and in accordance with biblical principles and teaching, including in areas of integrity, moral purity, and interpersonal relationships with team members, OMS leadership, and those encountered on the field.
- The school pays a basic salary to their teachers. Additional funds may be raised through OMS.
- The school covers all visa costs for teachers.
