The One Mission Society Europe and Middle East Region has a vision to transform lives in dynamic communities. You'll serve in your area of focus while being part of localized summer ministry experiences. You'll also be poured into by a team of missionaries as you learn more about your gifts and passions. Our hope for this experience is that you will grow in your relationship with God, expand your skill set, be more prepared to disciple people from other cultures, and perhaps discern a long-term call to missions and ministry.
Based out of the Europe and Middle East Regional Hub in Budapest, Hungary, a regional communications intern will be responsible for helping provide communications and social media assistance during the Summer English Camp program in Hungary. They will also be developing content for other projects in the region.

Based out of the Europe and Middle East Regional Hub in Budapest, Hungary, a regional communications intern will be responsible for helping provide communications and social media assistance during the Summer English Camp program in Hungary. They will also be developing content for other projects in the region.
Responsibilities
- Generate a variety of high-quality content, and exceptional projects.
- Interact with English Camp students, embodying our organizational values, and projecting a positive image reflective of Jesus.
- Create compelling multimedia or written content relevant to assigned projects.
- Collaborate with OMS Europe and Middle East Hub team members, showcasing adaptability and creativity across various media tasks.
- Engage in multiple preparatory Zoom sessions to tailor projects and expectations to individual skill sets, enhancing project planning.
- Both written and verbal communication skills are crucial in media. Must be able to articulate ideas clearly, write compelling content, and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Familiarity with various digital media platforms, social media management, basic graphic design skills, and knowledge of multimedia tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new technologies, trends, and industry changes.
- Possess the ability to think outside the box, generate new ideas, and approach problems creatively.
- Ability to be a team player and to work well and collaborate effectively with others, as well as being open to feedback from supervisors/team members.
Other Information
- You will be serving from early-June to early-August.
- You will live in Budapest, a beautiful European city along the Danube River.
- Cost will be $6,000 (including travel expenses).
- This is a volunteer internship that requires raising financial support through ministry partners.
