Regional Media Coordinator- Regional Hub

The Regional Media Coordinator will work with the regional hub team to drive engagement. Engagement is defined as prayer support, financial support, short-term service, and long-term service. 


  • Develop and maintain our ‘brand’ through a social media presence along with corresponding media, content, planning, marketing strategies, and messaging.
  • Maintain a regional website/blog that is supported by our social media strategy.
  • Create and develop high-quality graphic design elements for the region.
  • Equip and educate the regional missionary body to effectively communicate with constituents using relevant communications platforms.
  • Develop and maintain communications standards for the region.
  • Work with OMS Signatory Development Offices to equip them with the best written and visual media to support development efforts within the region.
  • Be a great team membeand support other ministry events as time allows. 
  • Regularly travel to our teams for the development of strategic content. 

Skills and Education- 

  • Previous communications experience or education (required)
  • Ability to create and develop cohesive messaging to support communications efforts. 
  • Willingness to learn language to an intermediate level as needed. 
  • Demonstrated passion for seeing lives transformed by Jesus, and an understanding of how regional communications fits into that role. 
  • Ability to be a team player, speak-up when necessary and balance relationships with accountability and excellence. 
  • Technical experience utilizing cameras, editing program, social media platforms, and other media tools as well as the need to relate to many different people (required)

This is a support based position that involves raising financial support through ministry partners for salary and other expenses.
