Clarissa Hunter

Clarissa serves with One Mission Society in Hungary doing a variety of roles. Her main role is leading the English Ministries Team, working alongside them to organize and carry out English camps and clubs in partnership with local churches. She also oversees logistics for interns and summer volunteers visiting the field and helps manage their process. And finally, she works as part of the regional communications team for Europe and the Middle East to help with content creation, design, and editing.  

Clarissa was born in central Indiana, the fourth of five kids. After high school, she attended Huntington University, studying communications and psychology. In 2016, she graduated with her bachelor of arts in communication studies. Just before graduation, she spent three months with the OMS team in Hungary. When she returned to the U.S., she felt as if God was asking her to go back to Hungary as her next steps after college. She moved there in the spring of 2017 and has been there ever since. 

Clarissa is passionate about seeing lives transformed. She loves bringing organization to projects and situations and helping people understand and value one another and themselves. Hungary provides a unique opportunity for her to use the skills God has given her to do just that.
