Rich and Lynae Danzeisen

Rich Danzeisen currently serves as the chief operations officer for Mercy, Incorporated, the humanitarian ministry associated with One Mission Society. Mercy, inc. transforms communities sustainably, one family at a time. They do this through acts of compassion and the power of the Gospel, as they impart hope, dignity and self-worth. Mercy is working to augment the mission efforts of OMS by using compassion and business as mission strategies to open creative access areas of the world to the Gospel. Rich oversees the international ministry operations of Mercy and has ministered in more than 47 countries throughout his ministry career.

Rich’s overall passion is to see the Gospel spread to every people group, to support national leaders that reach their own and other nations, empower the poor to overcome poverty, and raise a family that loves and serves the Lord wholeheartedly.

Rich has previously served as the executive director of Global Ministries of One Mission Society from 2016 to 2020 and as executive director of OMS USA from 2013 to 2016. OMS Global Ministries supports all field operations and programs, missionaries, and overseas partner ministries.

Having completed five years of pastoral ministry and a pre-doctoral master’s degree in divinity at Regent University in 1997, Rich and his wife Lynae felt a calling to missions. A few months later, they moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, and both began ministering with Global Harvest Ministries in 1998. Lynae served as assistant to the director, while Rich served as director of Operations, where he was responsible for developing an international network of intercessors for the World Prayer Center.

After spending a few years in marketing the business world, Rich felt led to seek an opportunity to serve with Operation Blessing International, a Christian humanitarian ministry based in Virginia. Rich served as vice president of International Operations and Programs and was responsible for all of OB’s international programs through 23 national outreach centers, working with numerous indigenous churches worldwide. After nine years of ministering with Operation Blessing, the Danzeisens moved to Indianapolis in 2012, where the Lord led them to serve with One Mission Society and now Mercy, Incorporated.

Rich and his wife Lynae were married in 1991 after graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University. They have three children, Joshua who is married, and Emily and Ariana. They reside in Indianapolis, Indiana, where they serve with Mercy.
