Tim and Nancy Bell

Tim Bell serves as the director of Regional Ministries for One Mission Society. In this role, Tim coordinates the efforts of the OMS regional staff throughout the U.S., which builds and strengthens the relationships between OMS and U.S. churches in order to promote missions and serve the church in their Great Commission goals. This includes assisting churches in planning mission programs; scheduling missionaries for mission conferences, church services, youth camps, camp meetings, and various other group settings; and sharing opportunities offered through OMS to serve, to go on short-term mission trips, and to get involved with various outreach projects.

Nancy serves as the Regional Ministries Department administrative assistant, assisting Tim in various administrative projects and entering information to the OMS data base.

Tim and Nancy have been missionaries with OMS since 1993. After attending language school in 1994, they served two years with OMS in Mexico, working in business management and accounting for the field. The Bells returned to the United States and have served in the northeastern U.S. since that time. Tim served as the assistant regional director in the Northeast from 1997 until he assumed the position of Northeast regional director in 2005. He served in this position until being appointed to his current position in May 2014. Tim, Nancy, and their youngest son Seth reside near Shippenville, Pennsylvania.

Between 1976 and 1994, he worked in the banking industry, working 4 years in data processing and 14 years in auditing. Tim has also been involved with many church ministries over the years, including team pastoring a church for five years. He is an ordained minister.

Tim and Nancy have five children: Joel, Elizabeth, Rachel, Aaron, and Seth. Four of their children are married, their youngest son is in college, and they have 17 grandchildren.
