HR Coordinator United States (critical need)

As the HR coordinator, you'll play an integral role in serving our missionaries so they can serve others and fulfill the unique calling God has given them. Use your administrative experience and people focus to provide excellent customer service and make an impact across the organization.


  • Serve as the go-to administrator for the Director of Human Resources, includes scheduling, communications, processing expense reports, preparing presentations, and other administrative functions
  • Manage the HR Information system by keeping employee records up to date, managing time away benefits, employee tracking; maintain personnel files
  • Help develop new ways to streamline and implement new processes
  • Manage and deliver reports
  • Schedule and prepare for interviews
  • Manage evaluation processes for background checks and psychological evaluations
  • Manage health benefits administration

    • Passion for missions and interest in One Mission Society
    • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated administrative expertise
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Clear and effective oral and written communication
    • Able to maintain confidentiality
    • Proven strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with HR programs and processes (preferred)
