Josh and Rhoda Woeckener
Josh and Rhoda both grew up in the church, but their walk with God didn’t really start to flourish until they began attending Crosspoint United Methodist Church together in 2012. Rhoda wanted God to take a prominent place in their relationship, and Josh agreed. They have been actively involved at Crosspoint ever since. Rhoda has served on staff as an administrative assistant to multiple ministries, as well as the high school worship leader. Josh has served as a volunteer to the creative arts ministry and is currently serving as a high school breakout group leader. Rhoda led two short-term mission teams to Budapest in 2016 and 2017 to take part in Summer English Camp. Josh accompanied the team in 2017 and experienced a call to serve in the mission field in Budapest. He is also attending Regent University in pursuit of his master’s degree in practical theology.
The Woeckeners are excited about rejoining the team in Budapest, focusing on supporting the annual Summer English Camp and the newly started weekly English clubs. Additionally, they will be assisting local churches with growth and spiritual maturity by collaborating on a discipleship curriculum and the curriculum’s implementation.
