Brent and Colleen Weaver

Colleen and Brent Weaver share a passion for making mature disciples of Jesus who will live transformed lives and bring Gospel transformation into the communities where they live.

Colleen and Brent serve in Tallinn, Estonia. Each has different ministry spheres within One Mission Society. Colleen serves on the faculty of the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary. Classes are offered simultaneously in three languages: Estonia, Russian, and English so that the seminary can equip and provide spiritual formation for students from countries across the Baltic region and beyond. Colleen also serves the global OMS community as the director of disciple-making. Brent teaches part-time at the seminary, but his primary focus is coaching an Estonian church planting team and assisting churches to develop effective disciple-making ministries. 

Colleen’s ministry experience includes a total of 30+ years working with OMS in leadership training, church planting, and discipleship, primarily in Spain and Ukraine. She has also worked in pastoral ministry, discipleship, and Christian education in several churches in the United States. Brent began ministry with OMS in Russia where he served for 10 years disciple-making, church planting, and teaching English before moving to Ukraine where he served from 2009-2023.
